Artify were engaged as Public Art Coordinators in 2023, and are responsible for managing and facilitating the delivery of the MEL Public Art Program. Artify is working collaboratively with the project team and stakeholders in the development of artist briefs, artist procurement processes and project managing the delivery of artworks through to completion.

The Morley to Ellenbrook Line Project forms part of a staged initiative targeting improvement and integration of transport options in Perth’s north-eastern corridor. The Morley to Ellenbrook Line aims to deliver approximately 21km of rail infrastructure and ancillary works to support operational passenger rail between Bayswater and Ellenbrook. The Project includes design and delivery of 5 stations including inter-modal bus and rail, with parking and associated roadworks at Morley, Noranda, Malaga, Whiteman Park and Ellenbrook stations, and ancillary works at the Bayswater Station.

This project presents a unique opportunity to reflect the character, culture, and heritage of the corridor from Morley to Ellenbrook, and the surrounding areas, through the planning, design and integration of art and Noongar cultural content into the project. Artify are managing 20 artists in the delivery of artworks with a staged installation from early to mid 2024.
