DevelopmentWA engaged Artify to provide public art consultancy services for the redevelopment of the former Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) site in Subiaco as part of the Subi East renewal project. The first major art commission for the precinct was delivered in December 2023, with a unique 360 degree mural and sculptural lighting installed on the 53m tall Boiler House Chimney Stack.

In January 2023, an Expression of Interest (EOI) was open to local, national and international artists calling for multidisciplinary artist teams to design and install a large-scale artwork on the structure. Almost 60 submissions were received with a rigorous procurement process facilitated by Artify and a Project Selection Panel. The artist team led by MOMO, Abdul Abdullah and Creative Road were selected for their dynamic and playful proposal reflecting the history of the site as a place of recovery, discovery, and community. Titled Here Together the team's vision was to create an uplifting artwork that welcomes people and generates a sense of joy.

The artwork combines MOMO's bold, colourful mural style inspired by the Megazone and Radio Lollipop rooms at PMH, overlaid with Abdul’s playful exploration of a universal visual language through sculptural neon light elements – an uplifting smile beaming at you from afar to instil a sense of playfulness and openness.
