Artify, in partnership with UAP and Soft Earth, were engaged by Cbus Property to provide Public Art Consultancy services for the 140 Perth precinct in Perth’s CBD. Artify and UAP have curated a range of new public artwork opportunities including murals, lighting and wall-based sculptures to further enhance one40william’s capacity to connect with the social and cultural fabric of the city.

Artify coordinated the delivery of a collaborative project between Barry McGuire, Kamsani Bin Salleh and emerging artist Marcia McGuire in 2022 who were selected for the project for their individual talents, creative approaches, and connection to Whadjuk Noongar boodja. This collaboration marks the first for all these artists. Together they have created a series artwork containing their shared voices and uniquely connected to place.

In May 2022, Artify also curated and delivered MAARAKOOL at 140 Perth – a new creative space supporting Noongar storytelling through an immersive public program of creative workshops, artist talks and tours.

In July 2023, a third mural was completed by Tyrwon Waigana titled ‘Bilya Back Yaakin’. This will be Tyrown’s first permanent public art commission in Perth. Waigana’s work takes many forms, including painting, drawing, sculpture, animation, and comic books. His diverse practice is marked by a trademark wit and humour.
